Web site is very easy to navigate. Products are well described and the check out process is totally fuss free.They always arrive quickly in a little canvas bag inside a small box. No plastic packaging at all which is fab. I have now shopped 3 times and will certainly return . A great all round experience. Highly recommend.

My bitten lip tint broke. The pad came off and I was unable to use it. Replaced with no quibbles. Very pleased with the service as this was the first time that I have had a problem.
