Customer care is excellent.

This is a great harness but our puppy doesn’t like the sound of the Velcro which makes getting it on a bit of a pain, he doesn’t like it. Once it’s on it’s great, fits him well and seems comfy for him. It is a bit tricky to adjust, but overall it’s a good product.
