I wanted these for awhile, but a big apprehensive since returning would be a hassle being that I live in the U. S. I was waiting for my size to come back in stock, they emailed me when it was available. I read all the reviews and the sizing info on their site before ordering and crossed my fingers that they fit. They shipped an delivered to the U. S within a week and they are absolutely well worth the wait & the price. The quality and the look are exactly as expected. They’re slightly roomy as I wanted because I planned to wear them with thick socks. I’m still breaking them in as they are very stiff but nonetheless, they’re comfortable. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Customer Service experience was excellent. They were very helpful in exchanging the boots that were ordered for my daughter for Christmas when they didn't fit.
