Very easy to use website/return process to exchange sizes!

I have enjoyed excellent service from the team there for years -- may the continue to invest in that element of operations, because it *does* make a difference.

I owned docs for many years but a decade or so ago they got rid of 10 eyelet plus boots for men and mellowed out their combat boot sole. Wasn’t thrilled. Held onto vintage pairs as long as I could util they were no more. I found solovair about a year ago and finally made the purchase(don’t like buying things online cuz you can’t try in). First of all, it’s international standard shipping and it got to me faster than most packages do shipping from within the states. But of course, as if I jinxed myself and Like many others if I had to guess, I got the sizing wrong. My fear realized. They made the return process easy, with a bag to pack it in for potential return included. They had it back in two days and their turn around on an exchange was outrageously fast. Back to me in four days from my return shipping at zero cost to me. The boots look and feel amazing. I’m thrilled to have them, and will be buying others soon. Thank you solovair for being an excellent attentive small business with a great product and amazing customer service. I cannot recommend them any more highly, they are amazing from start to finish.
