Overall both original order, and subsequent exchange, definitely resulted in 5-star satisifaction. The only negative, and it wasn't enough to move my satisfaction off 5 stars, was organizing the DHL return. While it was smooth, DHL doesn't have the same number of locations that other shipping orgs have. Quite minor. I'm very happy with the boots.

Every was amazing. But the only thing I hate is how narrow the boots are. I bought 2 boots from you love it, the construction is amazing, the leather is amazing, the comfort is there. But it is extremely excruciatingly narrow, for people with 6-8E wide feet. Everytime I wear your boots it almost cut my feet circulation and the top part always irritates my upper feet
