Pretty much a perfect first-time buying experience with a new brand. Boots got here quickly, I realised I'd got the size wrong. Returns at no charge, easy return process. The boots look fantastic, really impressed overall. Cheers

Super efficient customer service. It's a nice touch to add a mailing bag inside the shoe box for returns. The returns service was simple and straightforward and my replacement items arrived in good time.

Had to half-size down (heed this advice!!) and the exchange was painless. The shoe itself is excellent, not as brutal to wear in as I was expecting, looks great. I'm from Northampton originally (now in Glasgow) so it feels good to have a wee connection to Northamptonshire and what it's known for!
