Great quality feels lovely, great for going away as it’s clamshell style. One of the main reasons I got this 28L bag over any others is because of the hip strap! The hip strap for me makes all the difference when walking around from train to tube or bus to boat to hotel or wherever it is you need to walk. The only thing that could be better is if it had a thicker hip strap or a bit more thought into the hip strap, I was considering sewing a better one myself but not sure how good it would look😂 But the one that’s there is still so great to have, compared to nothing it’s way better, I don’t think I could ever buy a backpack without one now no matter how small, even light weight on the shoulders can start to hurt after hours walking or if you can’t check in till a certain time and so you have no choice but to carry it around with you:)

Love the design, practicality, light weight and comfort of all products - the clam shell packs are excellent and allow more effiecient packing. I travel on Ryanair and there a packs just the right size for their allowances. temptedby the 28l while i have the 20 and 34
