To say my experience was phenomenal would be cutting it short! Product quality was top notch with very easy installation. The worst part of the whole experience was the initial lead time but that was due to production and time placement of the order which I can understand. The original package arrived and I never opened it until the area was ready for installation. Upon opening the package several weeks after receiving it I found that the transit packaging caused the mantle broken in half where it was strapped to the pallet. I reached out to the representative, sent the requested photos and they reply back within 24 hours with the resolution. After receiving the resolution I received shipping information for the new product even before they had promised. I would highly recommend to anybody in the future.
