I ordered trueCable's Cat6A plenum shielded cable twice through Amazon and had to cancel each order because of delivery problems. I then ordered directly from trueCable. Not only was it less expensive, but trueCable's service was great--personal handling on the order and delivery was made within the promised delivery time. I ordered the cable for a home installation in our family home built in 1770, a stone structure with walls up to 2' thick. We suffered from poor wifi from a modem in one end of the house and a single bridge to another room. For work, it was impossible. I've now installed a Ubiquiti system, with gateway, switch, controller and multiple access points throughout the structure, and used trueCable's Cat6A plenum shielded cable throughout. Internet service is now outstanding, as I write this review from the house's dining room. Thanks, trueCable. Great service. Good product.

First time buyer from True Cable! The cable quality is outstanding, the price couldn't be beat. Received my order the next day which was unexpected, even though I'm not far from their shipping facility. I also found the printed length markings showing 0' - 1000' foot extremely useful for cutting the exact lengths needed. Would recommend and will buy from again for my next project!!!
