Fantastic shakes, feel full, have two a day and not feeling like I need to snack. Im not totally giving up on a cheeky gin and tonic and will have a cheat day but noticing the changes.

I needed help to lose weight quick for a wedding, so I ordered Trimbella. Quick and easy to order and delivered quickly too. Couldn’t wait to get started. Tastes amazing! Chocolate is my favourite I’ve slimmed down a lot and people have noticed how much weight I’ve lost especially around my stomach. I don’t find it keeps me full all morning so I have fruit with my servings in the morning. I am a bit of a foodie. I love love love the bars as then I fill I’m having something more substantial to eat however these do have a tendency to give me bad wind 🫣😆 I tend to have a combination of shakes and bars and I’m happy with my journey!!
