We LOVE our new bed frame! It works perfectly in our guest bedroom. The assembly instructions were super easy to follow and the bed feels very sturdy - no creaks or movement when you lay on it. One critique of the instructions is that you could barely see them as if the printer ran out of ink or this page had sat out in the sun for 5 years lol. The overall quality far surpasses another furniture company (rhymes with ShmayShmair lol) we've bought from in the past and had 5 million pieces to put together. This was simple and straightforward to assemble, and the product was packaged really well. The only down side was having to pay close to $200 more to have it delivered to our house since we don't live in a major city that has a warehouse. Something to keep in mind if you don't live in a place like LA, Seattle, Portland, etc. You will most likely have this surcharge. Even still, I will look to TOV for future furniture purchases because I'd rather have the long lasting quality. That extra $200 will go a longer way for how long we plan to keep this bed frame.
