A few years back I wrote Torgoen about a watch my desist wife had purchased for my 65 birthday. It had stopped working and I went to several watch repair location in Sacramento who told me it couldn't be repaired for less than $300 dollars. When I wrote Torgoen they told me to send it back to them. I had no receipt, and it was 4 years old. I took a chance and sent them my favorite birthday gift, and they took care of it. It came back in perfect shape, and I still wear it with pride today. I have since purchased 2 additional watches because I fell in love with their customer service. This is a company you can trust and that means a lot to me.
