Thermos Brand

Here's what I think about my 16oz stainless steel replacement stopper. I think it's AWESOME! I have three 16oz stainless steel Thermos brand thermoses and they are several years old. I have worn out the stoppers from every day use and I was desperate in finding replacements. . . Thermos. com came to the rescue and supplied me with brand knew replacements and I couldn't be happier!!

I love having a thermos that keeps my tea or water cold for even more than one day!

Never received part for recall. The whole process has been lengthy and annoyingly excessive.

Warranty/recall folks responded quickly with instructions. Received the replacement within timeline they’d indicated.

The replacement to my thermos lid was called to my attention. The process took a bit of time, but was smooth in the end. Very satisfied.
