Product is as expected. Seals well, so no spills & keeps my water cold.

It was easy to submit a claim. I received claim approval and replacement lids -- I had two thermos bottles -- within the time frame stated.

Saw the recall and sent photos of my small thermos. Thanks for letting me know it’s a safe one.

They were very thorough and kept me informed.

So happy to receive the recalled part. I can enjoy my Thermos again.
