I adore this shampoo - ive tried all to help my flaky scalp which was particularly bad at the nape of my neck - turning my head flakes meant flakes on my shoulders, less than halfway through my first bottle i noticed a vast improvement and its got even better since. Just finished my first bottle and purchased the large refill direct from ouai. Wont be without this now

This is the first time I have used this product, and I was not disappointed. It cleans hair without stripping it and drying it out. It also smells great and although it is expensive, you don't need much to get a great lather. Absolutely love it!

my first package was damaged and I lost half my product but I contacted jasmine in the service team and she was super helpful and quick with sending me out a new replacement. Ouai is a business I will buy from again and again love their products!

Beautiful fragrance and my hair feels noticeable softer with this product.
