very prompt service, well packed

I have been using Charmworks for many years now and purchase new charms every year for my granddaughters, and now great granddaughters only stopping once they reach 21y, the service is always top class, however I'm not sure what has changed but it all seemed very different this year for some reason, the service, choice and costs are still as good as ever but the charms seem to be smaller than before and not quite as good quality as in previous years.

All the products I have bought from Charmworks have been good quality and the service has been excellent.
