Excellent communication throughout transaction. New item ordered had been backordered with the mfg. TMR CS immediately told me their estimated receipt date from mfg with promise to ship on to me asap. That promise was kept and I received it in perfect condition. This amp was 62 lbs packaged and TMR's over packing was meticulous. Custom fit cardboard and styrofoam boards on all sides inside a closely fit heavy cardboard box. Initial power up to my system components shows amp is in perfect working order. Impressive transaction!

Overall experience was excellent, Robert and Saqib were very responsive, candid and helpful. Trade in process was straight forward, trade in value was fair considering that these items are depreciating assets. Definitely would do business with TMR again.
