I am still giving it 5 stars besides having some troubles because i love the handy and their shop items. The handy itself is great and awesome, no questions asked. The sleeves are awesome too, like them a lot, besides needing some time using closed ones, and they are also amazing as the open ones. The support is wonderful and helpful, they helped me alot and both sides were happy. Only thing is youll get an answer a day later and not in the same one, but thats normal i would say, not a big deal. The only thing that could use some improvement is the delivery, and not the delivery itself, on handys side, but Hermes. I am in Germany, and Hnady ships with Hermes and not DHL that i would love them to do. And Hermes is horrible as a delivery option. From all my experience with Hermes, there were always issues, the postman sometimes just dont wanna deliver and he is not even ringing or trying to deliver the package, or they deliver with a big delay, and more. Thats why i try to awoid Hermes and use mostly DHL, and for Handy products i only can use Hermes, sadly. It would be great to see DHL as an option, dear Handy team <3. Thank you for your products
