My bracelet was made after I ordered it, which took a couple of weeks. All I can say is that it was worth the wait. Absolutely stunning, the quality of the workmanship is superb, I keep looking at it expecting to find a tiny flaw, but it is flawless, the movement is almost snakelike and the diamonds are perfect. It is rare these days to buy something you are completely happy with. I am . Customer service were excellent and very patient with me. Communication was swift and efficient.
