OEM parts delivered promptly. How can I complain about that so thanks for shipping these items

Love Subaru OEM parts and this site has decent to expensive part prices.

I ordered the wrong part and needed to have it changed without paying more. The problem was I ordered a left, but needed a right. I spoke with Alison about the issue and was given instructions on returning and please God I will have the right part soon.

Parts where great even correct a wrong part I ordered with the correct one help me save time I do have one complaint though shipping is outrageous these parts where heavy so I paid it I just was about to order a small window switch next they want to charge me $200 shipping so now I’m gonna some where else different OEM site charge me $20 to ship that part high price but more in the ballpark price
