While the chair took longer than I expected to arrive, customer support was vey helpful in providing I formation about the shipping and delivery progress for which I was very grateful. The chair is awesome and I highly recommend recommend it for comfort and adjustability.

Shipping went smoothly except for a short delay. Packaging was adequate, just (Box had a rip, and tape was not adhering well. Luckily, chair was not affected. Suggest more robust packaging).
