Kids [2 y/o and 5 y/o] love it. Fairly easy to assemble, simple directions but can be physically awkward to put together. Durability TBD but seems quite sturdy

Great product! This is the second one we’ve bought, one for each set of grandkids . Easy to assemble and lasts for years. We did have to have it shipped to a location where the delivery truck could get in and out of as the home was located up a steep driveway with sharp turns.

So easy to put together and my kids love it!!
