We bought this for our daughter, Everest, and absolutely love it! Before purchasing it, she would pile every pillow and blanket she could find on top of herself—even over her head. She would sweat excessively, and I was constantly worried about her overheating, being unable to breathe well, or getting tangled up. Even with all those blankets, she still wouldn’t sleep through the night. Now she sleeps so peacefully—sometimes with her head and arms out and sometimes curled into a little ball completely underneath it. Best of all, she sleeps through the night about 8 out of 10 nights! It gives her the comfort and pressure she was seeking while giving me so much more peace of mind. This has made an incredible difference for our family!

Wonderful tool to use helping self regulate

I am using it for arthritis pain. It strengthens and increases blood flow supposedly. I have not had improvement yet, but will continue to use it and hope it does.
