We just set it up, easy set up, though we may have to adjust the net, it seems a bit off, we might have hooked it in wrong. But, I tried it and it seems to work wonderful and think I will LOVE the trampoline. BUT, I do not love the steps. To stand on the steps and get in through the envelope opening, without standing on the rim of the trampoline is a bit difficult for me. I suppose for kids, it would be fine, but I am 67 and bought it to try and stay in good health. Wider steps would be a big improvement for me, thanks:) We have not attached the anchor kit yet.

One of the top rails for our trampoline was badly damaged during the shipping process. Customer service was amazing, wrote an email on a Sunday, the following day the issue was already resolved and a replacement part was on its way.

Amazing! The trampoline was here the day after I ordered it. The shade cover, slide , and hose came later. Best trampoline we’ve ever had. We love it!!

We purchased the sun shade this year. It has made a big difference. The kids can now jump comfortably,any time of day.
