I called customer service before purchasing to make sure I was buying the right box/item. The rep could not have been nicer and answered all my questions. The shipping boxes arrived quickly. The instructions were clear. My items were digitized and returned to me sooner than promised and I am very happy. I would highly recommend Southtree’s services.

Digitizing slides

I found Southtree to be the most reasonably priced and efficient company of its kind. I have yet to receive the digitized slides back, but so far the instructions and process to send them has been very easy. Highly recommended.

25 8 mm reel box

Just received my box for the 8mm reels so I can’t speak of the pending results of the digital transfer. However, did get the box in a timely manner so can give it 5 stars for that. However, there was not great communication between yourself and UPS. Did call about the box as to when it was coming but only had info from you saying a label (?) had been sent to UPS and no other info. Granted it was around Thanksgiving time. UPS (not your responsibility) did not provide any updated tracking info and apparently UPS does not relay that info back to you as well (am I correct?). Anyway, everything now on track and ready to go back to you and am very much excited to see the results of the reel to disc transfer results and add another 5 star report on these results. As always, thank you for your time and efforts on my behalf.
