This is the second time I've worked with SouthTree. The first I ordered negatives that I found to be digitized. Knowing how to package and label them was a little bit of a challenge the first time, but I understand they have a process that requires things be packaged properly. I recently found some 8mm films that needed to also be digitized. Those turned out quite well and the videos were shared with me quicker than I expected. I highly recommend this service to convert all your media to digital.

Even though it took about a week to get my legacy box, once i filled the box and sent it back i got my reels and digital dicks back in less the a week! A lot faster than i expected. Considering the reels were in a hot attic for over 40 years i was very pleased in the finished product.

Great service and sending back the digitized

I sent about 30 tapes to be converted to usb. This is by far the best decision I’ve ever made (although I have more to tapes waiting). The laughter and memories the family shared while watching all the videos are PRICELESS! I have encouraged friends and families to do the same before the quality of tapes disintegrate. We are so happy and amazed with excellent service South tree had provided us, everything is labeled and tracked while in process. The experience guaranteed total peace of mind. I will use their service over and over again.
