Love my Mattress. Queen, Organic Latex Split with Firm and Medium Dunlop and Talalay Soft have given me the perfect balance of softeness and support. Best of all, the split latex layers allow me to customize my sleep. And, NO. I dont feel any "gap" down the middle of the mattress. Just comfort and support. Latex pillows are not my cup of tea though. No matter how much latex I remove they feel hard. I'm a down pillow woman and always have been. I will use the pillows on my couch

Shipping was prompt and I liked that it was in two boxes, telling you which to open first. The bed was a little difficult to handle by myself but was manageable even with buying solid sizes not split. There was no smell at all to the mattress. The only time I have ever had a smell was when rolling over and planting my nose directly into a pillow and even then, it was not unpleasant, just a slight rubber smell and I am very sensitive to odors, so a very happy customer indeed!

⭐ 5/5 — Surprisingly Easy Return Process While the mattress itself unfortunately did not work for me at all, I have to give SleepEZ credit for making the return process easy, fast, and incredibly convenient. Once I contacted them and explained that I wanted to return the mattress, the process was straightforward and hassle-free. There was no unnecessary back-and-forth, no attempt to make the return overly complicated, and I appreciated how quickly everything was handled. The only downside was that I did have to pay a fee to have the mattress picked up, which I wasn’t thrilled about—especially considering how quickly I decided the mattress wasn’t going to work for me. That said, the convenience of having someone come directly to pick it up rather than having to figure out how to package, transport, or ship a mattress back was definitely appreciated. So while I absolutely stand by my disappointment with the mattress itself, SleepEZ handled the return professionally and efficiently. A bad product experience doesn’t mean I can’t give credit for good customer service, and their return process was genuinely one of the easier parts of the entire experience.
