The organic latex mattress is GREAT! And the customer service is AWESOME!

I spent hours online and using ChatGPT to narrow down my mattress needs, as I have pressure point issues and sciatica (due to sleeping on my side) and degenerative disk disease. My mattress had progressed to the point that I was never getting restorative sleep, so I desperately needed a new one. After all my (very specific!) conditions were described, ChatGPT narrowed my best choices down to very few options - SleepEZ being #1 - and BOY was it right! The customer service was kind, quick and responsive (I accidentally had it shipped to an old address initially, they fixed it in-route) and the bed itself came well packaged, easy to assemble, and the latex smell dissipated in short order. Truly a lifesaver from an American company, I no longer have any pressure point issues and am sleeping the best I have in years! Thank you so much, SleepEZ.

I have purchased from SleepEZ many times, several mattresses and toppers over the years. Replaced old spring mattresses and purchased new for extra beds. Absolutely love them. The customer service is exceptional. Highly recommend!
