Great delivery! On time!

Literally a minute after I ordered the shoes I received an email offering me 15% off my first purchase (I had just registered in the system). I called customer service to see if I they would honor this offer and they did. I appreciated the good customer service.

The quality, color, and style of the shoes are superb. I have not worn burgundy loafers since I was a boy, so this was like traveling back in time. My only concern is that my heel slipped in the left shoe, but I took it to a shoe repairman and he fixed it with a couple of pads under the shoe's tongue. The fact is that I have narrow feet and always have trouble finding a perfect fit in shoes. The fault is with my feet, not with Bass! Be aware that these shoes take a while to break in. I will be happy alternating these burgundy loafers with my black loafers.

Inwish I could do an exchange they fir half size too large . . they are brand new and in the box . . a nicely crafted timeless shoe
