The shipping was on point. came exactly when it was supposed to.

Awesome! I am now enjoying my commute every day. It’s the most fun I have in the AM and when I head back home. I tell people that I traded down my Tesla for this scooter (my wife is now driving my car) but I would be lying if I thought that was true. Many co-workers are now considering getting one. I highly recommend one…

My Scooter arrived on time and was easy and quick to assemble. And customer service answered a question i had the next day. Keep up the great work VMAX.

I love your product. I have V5 and maybe down the line I’ll get a higher tier one. For now, it’s the best scooter I’ve been in

The interaction so far has been good. I'm working with Chris. He's been helpful in trying to help troubleshoot and send parts to get my scooter back up and running under warranty.
