Serengeti was very easy to deal with. They make a quality product and are not part of that obnoxious conglomerate in the eyewear industry.

Received the glasses and they were as described. Passed the comfort test on my face, snug but not too tight. The lenses don't sit on my cheek as so many styles do. Haven't tried the lenses outside but they seem to be sharp and clear. I was really impressed with the level of assistance and knowledge when I called. The agent conferred with the "boss" and passed on his comments. When she didn't know the answer my call was transferred to him directly. He spoke knowledgeably about the technology used to prevent distortion issues. I made the purchase with confidence in the product. Good price, great technology, love the web feature that allows you to virtually try on glasses! Bonus that glasses are almost half the weight of other leading brands [28 gms compared to 5o gms] Unfortunately, I broke the pins off the nosepiece hinge but was able to snap it back in place. Seems snug, will epoxy if needed. Highly recommended this style and company.
