Kudos to your Customer Service rep who helped me with my warranty claim and finding the perfect pair of sunglasses after my first pair was unsuitable. He was so easy to deal with. He knew my claim just by my call display number and took me through the process seamlessly. Unfortunately I didn't ask his name so I could commend him.

Great sunglasses

My first pair of Serengeti sunglasses and was pleasantly surprised. I was a little concerned that the color "Shiny Confidential Havana" might look a little loud, the website pictures make them look at little like a leopard print, but in person they look great, at arms length they look like a mid to dark brown. I'd wanted the Mineral Polarized Smoke Cat 2 to 3 lens, and these were the only color and frame that matched my prescription lens pairs sizing (wanted to be certain when buying online that they'd be close to the same fit as my normal glasses). Found for me by Claude. ai who took my frame sizing and lens requirements and scanned thruough the product pages.

The product page contains all necessary information, and shipping is not so fast but quite acceptable.
