Customer service is excellent! My first shipment arrived package torn and contents missing. I was able to call Saje customer service and spoke to a live person, yay! She sent out my order again, no questions asked. Second shipment arrived intact, very happy.

Great products , handled my order with care but I do wish it was shipped inside a box instead of cardboard envelope because my package did get wet and the boxes that contained my products got wet as well. Also wish you guys had more flash sales. I’m chronically ill and your peppermint halo & extra strength balm are my go to pain creams. But with shipping and prices being so high I can’t get the things I need as often or when I need them most. Please reconsider bringing back your Malibu store or making one in Ventura county🫶🏻🙏
