Clothes great. Colour descriptions misleading as products the same colour didn’t match. Tried to exchange on website but it wasn’t allowing me to. So opted to return an d place another order to get products that might actually match. Only to find I then couldn’t get a refund but a gift card. Contacted CS to explain but met with regurgitated “company policy” emails. All after spending over £400. Would have ordered more in future but certainly won’t now. Appalling refund policy.
