Ordered a couple balaclavas and a Klim jacket, no issues whatsoever and decent delivery speed given it was just after xmas and roads were crap. Aside from new Klim jackets having gorilla length sleeves, everything was great.

Parts Counter Staff were friendly and happy to help find the part I needed even though it was small value item during a peak time.
