This was a fun purchase to see what random rope you'd get. Good quality rope came.

The CMC Anchor Strap – NFPA has been one of those pieces of gear that simply works. I’ve had the opportunity to use and train with anchor straps while working alongside Miami-Dade Fire Rescue Technical Rescue personnel, as well as search and rescue units here in Vermont, and the CMC strap has consistently performed extremely well. What I like most about it is its simplicity and versatility. It’s quick to deploy, easy to configure, and can be adapted to a number of different anchor applications depending on the environment and the rescue system being built. Whether working around structural members, natural anchors, or setting up a technical rope system, it gives you a dependable and straightforward option. The construction is solid, the hardware and stitching inspire confidence, and it holds up well to repeated field use. In technical rescue, equipment needs to be reliable, efficient, and easy to work with when conditions are less than ideal, and this strap checks all of those boxes. The CMC Anchor Strap is a piece of equipment I’m comfortable having in my rope rescue kit and would recommend to rope rescue, technical rescue, and search and rescue personnel looking for a durable and versatile anchor solution.
