I have ordered a men
I have ordered a men short size M and have to exchange it to a small size and contacted the custumer service as in the website it was not allowed me to exchange, than they said that they did not have the small size in stock to they could offer a store credit. I did not wanted a credit, I want to exchange or my money back, than I open the website and to purchase it was showing the small size available. Than I went back to exchange the short and still not able to exchanging it, I contacted the custumer service again let than know about it. Than back again on the exchange it had a option to return and ask for the money back, so than I did it. I returned the short and informed the custumer service as it was very frustate need to go anc back to resolve a simple thing for an online purchase. Than they admit an error on their system and than they send me a free men short in the small size (which first they said they did not have) anyway, at least this cover all the stress around the purchase.
