This product tastes very good. Have not been taking it long enough to rate the effectiveness yes. One thing I will note though is that the jar is next to impossible to open. They need to make it much easier to open.

I have been using Progressive products daily for 10 years. The quality and value are incredible. The products are clean and deliver most of my nutritional needs. I love the variety of flavours. I highly recommend the entire Progressive line. I also had an excellent experience with their customer service department.
