Firstly, I am a fan of these fine garments. I always wanted one. Now that I have received it I understand how this may become an addiction. The material is tough, water proof, but also finespun and fit for purpose. The style is timeless, but a product like a tool, in that makes it almost an occasion to wear and use. I love the handmade quality. It isn’t perfection, and I can notice in areas that there is hand applied finishing. But I love that. That is my thing. The collars are high enough to protect my neck, the overall length of the coat protects from the storm. A comfortable and lifetime coat. I now need more Private White garments, but not too many, because each is special.
