I received my gold Cuban 5 mm bracelet today. I love the packaging and info included. All of the Podium communication and tracking has been excellent from the time of ordering up to now. I especially like the tips on how to clean/maintain/store the jewelry. The lifetime warranty is probably what sold me the most. I received a similar bracelet as a gift 2 years ago. It was purchased at a local mom and pop jeweler in Brooklyn. In the span of a year the chain broke twice during normal wear, and they charged me $15 each time to fix the chain (a 2-minute repair in the store). The third and final time, it broke off and disappeared forever. Only time will tell if this Podium piece lasts, but the warranty is reassuring. I'm sure this won't be my last purchase from Podium.

I bought the 20in 5mm gold cuban link + 7.5in 5mm gold bracelet bundle and absolutely love it. Feels and looks great, and much better price and better quality than some of the top competitors. Would recommend shopping here first to all my friends
