I have given 5 stars for the planters but would not award a single star to DHL, who eventually delivered 3 days after they were first promised, following numerous phone calls and frustration at waiting in all day only to find they didn't turn up. I must praise Yvonne at Planters. co. uk, who helped me enormously in getting to the end of this sorry saga. I now feel reluctant to buy from any company that I find uses DHL for deliveries.

Great company will use again. Damage to a couple of planters and they didn’t hesitate to offer replace, refund or discount.
