I work at a dealership and know how difficult it is nowadays to get someone on the phone to request pricing and availability on a part. It's much easier to just pull up a website and have all needed info at your fingertips. My review is geared more toward the convenience of this transaction than the actual part. As far as the part, I haven't had any complaints from my technician. Thank you for making this an easy transaction!!! My only suggestion is just provide the link to click on to submit a review instead of having an area for a customer to type their review only to be redirected to another page, where you actually type the information and submit. You might be losing a few reviews this way if a customer types a lengthy review singing your praises, only to be redirected after clicking on "submit review" on the email. They might not be so inclined to retype it. Just a suggestion.
