Customer service to answer a question prior to purchase, was awesome. My email was responded to immediately. My concern resolved and I received my fan In a matter of days. And we had a snow storm.

This process has taken 3 weeks beyond any normal purchase window. I want a return label, I no longer want to be associated with this company. For some reason everything takes so long and your products and website are fraudulent. Please provide a return label. We have tried to cooperate with your company and you have nothing that works within our home. This has all taken way too long. Once a return label is processed then refund I am sure you will have had our money for over a month. Please process a return label. This company needs to be reported. This is the third person I am communicating with. We are outraged and you all be embarrassed to work for such a company. Please process a return label.
