Origin Mattress US - Shopify

We purchased an Origin Luxe Cloud Hybrid mattress. I have a bad back and bad knees and sleep on my back. My husband has a bad back, shoulders and neck and is a side sleeper. I need a softer top with lumbar support. The mattress was shipped and was received very quickly. It was well packaged and easy to setup. The top was considered a plush top, but unfortunately it was too firm for me. The first night I woke up very sore and didn't sleep very good. The second night (trying to make this work) the same thing, up most of the night in pain. By the end of the week I had to go to a chiropractor. I got ahold of Origin Mattress and they were very accommodating, they scheduled a pick up at our convivence and within a few days credited my account. I would not hesitate to do business with them. They have great customer service. In all fairness, no matter who you talk to including my own chiropractor they suggest someone with a bad back have a firm mattress. Even though I have a very bad back, after so many years of trying multiple beds I know I can't sleep on a firm mattress. I am still suffering trying to find the right fit. If this company had a bed that would work I would buy from them again.

so far so good. we like how firm it is.

So far this mattress has been great and we are enjoying.

I haven't been able to set it up- my home is being rebuilt.

Mattress is extremely comfortable. Very happy with purchase that I purchased another one.
