You can tell the tuxedo Oliver Wicks made is of outstanding quality, the customer service was good and assisted me in the alterations I needed for a perfect fit. I truly believe this is a consumer-end luxury product, second only to a local designer/tailor, assuming you even have one locally that can compete. My only complaints would be a poor selection of their tuxedo shirts, forcing me to purchase elsewhere for the design I needed, and that while the customer service is one of the best I've ever experienced, they fall short of outstanding. I imagine others might complain about the wait, but that's alright. Would I recommend Oliver Wicks? Yes! I would wholeheartedly recommend Oliver Wicks for any luxury suit, tux, or men's dress clothes. My experience has been great, marred only by imperfections.

I purchased the Vendetta Premium Dark Navy Birdseye Suit (jacket & pants) from Oliver Wicks and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The quality is genuinely best-in-class—beautiful fabric, sharp structure, and the kind of craftsmanship you can feel the moment you put it on. The birdseye texture gives it a subtle, elevated look that’s versatile enough for business or formal events. Customer service was just as impressive. They were responsive, helpful, and made sure everything was dialed in so the final fit and finish were exactly what I wanted. If you’re on the fence about ordering a custom suit online, I can’t recommend Oliver Wicks enough.
