Chair was shipped and delivered within 3 days of odering. Chair is well made, very sturdy and looks great. I can tell the luxe leather is a much higher quality and is a lot thicker than what was on my previous chair. I'm sure I'll get a lot of years of good use out of this one.

I had a great experience buying my chair, the purchasing process went very smooth and easy. The seller was very polite and help me to change the materials of the chair as required. I haven't assembled the chair yet, but I opened it up and everything looks in perfect conditions.
