I had a great experience buying my chair, the purchasing process went very smooth and easy. The seller was very polite and help me to change the materials of the chair as required. I haven't assembled the chair yet, but I opened it up and everything looks in perfect conditions.

Just a quick note saying the chairs for Dena & EveryBody Physical Therapy arrived on time this week. Two are assembled, and I saw them myself today. They're terrific! Everyone there is happy having attractive new seating in their new reception area, with comments especially including that the vinyl is amazingly attractive. It does look like fabric until you touch it, but as Dena said, "It doesn't feel like that hospital vinyl. " For a grade 3, that's high praise. But my thoughts are that you were wonderfully helpful, responsive and patient -- wonderfully professional throughout. I'm very glad they're happy, but even moreso that you made the process stress-free for me. Please pass this along to your supervisor so that it's included in your next performance review. I hope they'll do whatever it takes to keep you and see you're happy! Best, K
