The machine doesn't work and nobody seems to be running the company. Might be a scam.
Today is September 10th.
I sent you my first e-mail 26 days ago, on August 15th, and then again on August 21st, then again on August 26th, but I haven’t received a response from Nutr.
So, then I reached out to Nutr on Instagram and TikTok, I have only received automated responses on Instagram and no human assistance. I have had prompt response on TikTok, but only to say that my information has been forwarded to Customer Service on August 30th, to which I have not received any e-mail/message/assistance from.
Here is the problem: I received the Family Size Nutr (order #43056) after pre-ordering it months ago. From the first time I used it, on August 14th, to my disappointment, it failed to mill most of the almonds, leaving them to waste (I have photos that I attached to my e-mails). In short, the machine doesn't mill the almonds.
When I login to my account, my order status still says that it hasn't shipped/been filled, therefore the website won't allow me to obtain the return shipping label.
If someone at Nutr simply updated my order so that it was accurate, then I could return the machine and all would be solved.
Why can no department at Nutr do its job properly?
I will be filing a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.
