In the days of customer, no support and doing all they can to keep you from humans that actually speak English as a primary language I was thrilled to meet a company that actually responded to a customer. We received one as an anniversary present before our celebration to use at this party. Unfortunately, it arrived with the plastic hard spout cracked with a chunk missing. I explained my problem and the party, they stepped up and not only replaced it but over nighted it so I would have for our party. I can't thank you enough and appreciate the Customer Support !!! and not looking for a reason to blame someone else
