Since joining Synergy Worldwide doctors visits have become rare. I do have to get ferritin checked once a year as I have iron overload. Our medical practise shut down during Covid and became hard to access for a long time afterwards. The upshot of that was I did not visit until January 2024. My ferritin was very high and my vitamin D was off the scale. The doctor was amazed my calcium levels were perfect. I am a very heavy vitamin D user.
