Serenade Organic Mattress Queen (Cushion-Firm)

I purchased this mattress after much research 5 years ago originally in the Firm for my every night mattress. I have Loved it and always look forward to coming home to my own bed! After shoulder surgery, i slept in my recliner for several weeks very comfortably, but then I got back into my bed with my Serenade Firm Mattress and realized again how much I loved it. Fast forward and we purchased a cabin in the mountains and of course I wanted this mattress again. I love the way it was made, is so much healthier for you, and I believe that has a lot to do with the better sleep. The Only reason I gave this a 4-star instead of 5-star is because I was told they are no longer going to be making the Firm and going with the new Cushion-Firm going forward and needed to get it quickly so just went with the Cushion-Firm thinking it must be better if they are doing away with the Firm. Well, the answer for me is No! I do love my mattress but it is Not the same. It is firm, but it has like a built-in mattress topper. It's okay and I would say still so much better than any other mattress I have ever slept on, but I love my original Serenade Firm mattress much, much better.

A great nights sleep and not too warm in the summer heat. No lingering chemical smells that sometimes come from new products. The comfort and sleep quality is worth 5 stars, but I just took one star off because the mattress doesn't have side loops (hand grips) which would make it easier to lift and turn when needed.

Mattress ended up not working for us, but I give good marks for the way customer service handled the process of us returning the mattress and refunding our money.

Great mattress. First mattress received was damaged and company replaced it at no charge. Hope shipping was faster. But overall, great experience!

We purchased two mattresses from Naturepedic in the past two months, one king size and one for toddler bed. Both of them a firm and comfortable. Only issue is the toddler mattress has a weird smell from day one, and that smell still exists despite we are using a naturepedic water proofing mattress cover.
