I was very pleased with the ordering process from Natural Pigments, Europe. Being in the UK, some of the products are difficult to find, particularly the Cera Colours. However, with a free shipping offer I was happy to stock up on some mediums and try one or two different products. I was kept well informed regarding shipping and my goods arrived speedily and well packed. Unfortunately to the UK there were customs charges, which is one reason why I'd like to see more products available in the UK. In the meantime I'm happy to pay the extra for such great quality products.
