This Nikitovka cinnabar produces a gorgeous, rich vermilion, more on the Chinese than French. The pigment particles are extremely fine, are easily wetted, and can be made into paint even without a muller (although I would not forego the use of that indispensable tool). The only criticism I have is the price.

Love the paint and the delivery time was much quicker than I anticipated.
