Excellent quality and clarity. The comfort of this earpiece is amazing, You forget you are even wearing an earpiece. The customer service from N-ear was excellent! I have always used a traditional earpiece with the sound tube, which often times gets moisture in the tube, preventing sound from reaching your ear. Since this product doesn't use the same outdated system, there is no concerns of missing an important update or transmission over the radio.

Great ear piece for covert operations and very comfortable to wear

I love the company and their products. I would love for replacement parts to be cheaper, but that's my only complaint and I have been using them for years.

Ordered a pair of clips and there was a mix up when they were delivered. Reached out to In-ear about the mistake. They had it corrected and fixed within 24 hours. Highly recommend this company. Great products, fantastic customer service, and top notch quality.
