These meals are very convenient and actually taste good! I have tried other pre-made meals, and these are by far the best. The portions are small but just right for me. They really are balanced in terms of fats, sugars, carbs and low in sodium.

I appreciate being able to choose from a selection of low carb meals. Most are flavorful and filling. I appreciate the variety and that they are frozen.

I found meals are much tastier when I followed the suggestions on the meal cover - defrost for 1 to 2 days in refrigerator before cooking. I do this and cook in a lunch box cooker (I use Hot Logic cooker) and the meals taste like they were homemade - much fuller flavor than microwaving.

Given how many meal plan / delivery programs there are available now, I was initially skeptical of Balance (would it be *that* much better than the rest?). However, I was incredibly positively surprised. The meals are delicious, and there are so many of them to try! I love the variety of healthy options available. I prefer meals with high protein, low-to-moderate carb meals, and there is no shortage of them. I’m glad to have taken a chance on Balance, and I encourage others to do the same!
