Their website is professional and very informative, after I placed my order I contacted customer services just to find out roughly when I would receive my item and Dan couldn't be more helpful. Delivery was speedy and there was no possibility of any damage as my goods were very well packaged. My Chess board is beautiful and of the highest quality and a very fair price. Can't recommend this company enough, if you're looking for quality items and amazing service then look no further .

Shipping took a couple days longer than I expected but it still arrived in time. You might consider reducing the amount of packing tape used.
