As far as customer service goes you literally can’t find better. If they didn’t do so well as mycology experts I’d suggest they write the book on customer service and customer satisfaction. I’ve never felt so appreciated as a customer. And custom orders??? Look no further!!! They do it all!!! I also thought I needed to make this major purchase once on something I absolutely didn’t need and instead of trying to make a buck the not only suggested otherwise but took the time to help me understand why I didn’t need it.
